Born in 1964, Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Lives and works in Almaty.
In 1983 graduated from Gogol Alma-Ata College of Art.
In 1990 graduated from Zhurgenov Alma-Ata State Theater and Art Institute.
Member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Titles
and Awards
Laureate of the National “Tarlan” Award in the “New Name” category for his contribution to the development of modern art (2002).
Gold Medal of the Ministry of Culture of Armenia for his contribution to the development of Armenian culture (2011).
Laureate of the National award ‘Golden Man – Man of the Year’ in the Patriotic Love and Creative Achievements category (2012).
Participant of more than 130 collective exhibitions in France, Germany and Belgium. He has 40 solo exhibitions in Kazakhstan, Russia, Germany and USA.
His works are held in private and state collections in Kazakhstan and abroad.
