Born in 1950, Tyulkubas District, Shymkent Region, Kazakhstan.

Lives and works in Almaty.

In 1971 graduated from Abai Kazakh Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Art and Graphics.

Member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Honored Cultural Figure Medal from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2000).

Honored Worker Medal from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University (2008).

Medal dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2013).

Excellence Award from the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2015).

Solo exhibitions in Kazakhstan, Russia, Bulgaria, Germany, Egypt and other countries.

His works are kept in state and private collections in Kazakhstan and abroad.
